Centrum Hotel Viljandi - Viljandi (Viljandimaa)

The hotel's location is not too bad, being not far from the center and close to the bus stop. the lobby is nicely decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The internet connection in the hotel is very poor, making it frustrating for those who need to stay connected.

The bed was big and the staff helpful! We liked the food and location there, everything needed for our weekend.

For dinner we visited Amrita Cafe, set only 100 ft away. Location adjacent to Raamatukogu bus stop, only 5 minutes walk away. Great choice for city trip. Trepimagi and other places worth exploring were a short walk to the hotel;))

Very basic breakfast.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was central, close to all the main attractions. the breakfast was also great with a good variety of food options to choose from.

We found the noise level to be a little high at times, which sometimes interrupted our sleep. the bed was a bit too soft for our liking which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room is clean, good staff, parking in front of the hotel, there is an elevator, everything is convenient.

Breakfast waspoor, on Sunday we came at 10.30 and they ran out of omelette and juoces, there was no hot water in the kettle too, only water with lemon and something similar to diluted juice. there were dirty dishes on the tables

Clean hotel, convenient location with supermarket downstairs, spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, wide and healthy breakfast options, pet-friendly with reasonable extra charge.

Nothing everything was great.

The hotel was located in a convenient area, with many nearby attractions. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and a relaxing sauna session, which was perfect after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The beds were also a bit too soft for our liking. Additionally, the breakfast options were limited and could have had more variety. Despite these minor issues, we still had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everything from the cleanliness to the hotel facilities was really nice. The staff were cute and friendly, and the location right next to the bus stop made transportation around this city easy. We especially liked how not far from the center the hotel was, only a quick walk down the hill. a wonderful experience that we highly recommend.
